    Disclaimers:

These prices and total costs are intended for informational purposes only. They reflect only the estimated costs of this training course. The hour requirements and associated costs are based on the average training time to complete the course and pass the FAA Practical Test. Your actual time to completion will vary. If you stop and attempt to restart the training at a later date, some lessons will need to be repeated, generating addition costs. If you take longer than average to master a particular skill, you may incur additional costs. Everyone will learn certain skills at a different rate. All prices are subject to change without notice. Aircraft hourly rental rates quoted above include fuel and are based on a prepaid purchase of $2000 or more. As you progress through your training, additional time can be purchased as you go. Because we schedule and reserve your aircraft weeks in advance, there is a minimum nonrefundable charge of $500 in addition to the purchased CBI kit should you choose not to start or complete your training in the time slot allotted to you. Any other unused prepayments will be available for your use or will be refunded within 30 days. Any additional flight hours or instruction will generate additional costs. We have no hidden costs, ramp fees or fuel surcharges. There is a local tax of 7.375% on purchased items such as the CBI kits, maps and other consumer goods.  The prices of our aircraft are published on our web site and may change at any time.
